USI gave Bank5 a high rating because I… I gave Bank5 a high rating because I could always get a real person on the phone, they were always responsive and had answers. I had the ability to go online and check on my accounts and investments. They consistently sent me updates about upcoming dates such as date of maturity for CD's, growth 'To Date' etc.

USSetting up my account was not difficult... Setting up my account was not difficult, especially with the help of my customer service rep, Simone. She guided me through the process, and was very prompt in responding when I needed direction in making the transfer of funds to my new account. Thanks again, Simone!

USQuick and easy The website is easy to use. Have your information ready. Took about 10 minutes. I was also able to communicate easily when I had a question. Confirmations were emailed to me right away. The app is also easy to use and pretty thorough, as far as the account information you can obtain without having to go through the website. Altogether highly recommend.
