GBExtremely unfriendly user interface Extremely unfriendly user interface. Very primitive, and counterintuitive. Many tasks are hard to do - for example I spent a lot of time figuring out how to communicate with customer support and had to use phone for this purpose. Also, it's not clear how to see transactions. This is the worst web interface I've ever seen, seriously. You have to replace your web team.

GBFirst of all First of all, my call was answered relatively quickly compared to other financial institutions I have dealt with, which was a very pleasant start. The representative was very knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. I am very pleased with Bank5 Connect, which is why I continued to roll-over my investment.

GBI should be able to transact by phone… I should be able to transact by phone not waste a phone call wait time only to be told to send an email

GBVery short wait to connect with a human… Very short wait to connect with a human being ( which is rarely the case with other businesses). The agent was easy to understand, knowledgeable and gave clear easy to follow directions.
