USResponsive to customer requests. I asked for an ACH transfer of an account to a different bank. I needed the transfer to happen in two different transactions. Bank5 was very helpful, and processed the request. Other banks I've dealt with have been far less helpful.

USPeople were very helpful and knowledgeable. Fast responses The customer service people were very helpful. I used video chat, phone calls I believe, and online chat. All were quick and helpful. The process itself had some glitches. That is the reason I had to contact the customer help center. From there on things went fairly smoothly

USRedeem CD Gave instructions to redeem CD a few days after term. Called in and advised CSR you terminate and gave reason that better rate available. Sent in secure message as instructed. Received message today call Connect 5. Wanted to know reason for termination. Second time advised better rates available. Finally received funds a week after initial request.
