GBNo Pleased This online bank offers very little in the way of managing a maturing CD. There's no way to indicate what you want to do at maturity, or where to transfer your funds at maturity. Only by calling them did i find out that you must send them a secure email with instructions, bank routing and account numbers, etc., for where you want your money to go. This is ridiculous. They didn't even have the account information for the funds source I used to set-up and fund the CD. Not good.
