USAccount Closure/Opening I was attempting to close one account and move the funds to another. The process was incomplete, and I received an error message indicating I had been logged out. I sent an email explaining what happened and asked for assistance to be sure what I wanted to accomplish was actually accomplished. A representative responded in a timely manner.
