GBExtremely unfriendly user interface Extremely unfriendly user interface. Very primitive, and counterintuitive. Many tasks are hard to do - for example I spent a lot of time figuring out how to communicate with customer support and had to use phone for this purpose. Also, it's not clear how to see transactions. This is the worst web interface I've ever seen, seriously. You have to replace your web team.

GBSetting up my account was not difficult... Setting up my account was not difficult, especially with the help of my customer service rep, Simone. She guided me through the process, and was very prompt in responding when I needed direction in making the transfer of funds to my new account. Thanks again, Simone!

GBAccount Closure/Opening I was attempting to close one account and move the funds to another. The process was incomplete, and I received an error message indicating I had been logged out. I sent an email explaining what happened and asked for assistance to be sure what I wanted to accomplish was actually accomplished. A representative responded in a timely manner.

GBRedeem CD Gave instructions to redeem CD a few days after term. Called in and advised CSR you terminate and gave reason that better rate available. Sent in secure message as instructed. Received message today call Connect 5. Wanted to know reason for termination. Second time advised better rates available. Finally received funds a week after initial request.
