GBThe Experience of Amazing. Well, to be honest. I was leery at first, to use Netspend. Anyhow I want to say that, ever since I joined you all, I’ve had nothing but a very smooth & pleasant experience. From setting up my direct deposit, and all throughout the process of having the prepaid account being promoted up to the All Access Account. Along with a new debit card with the chip.. I don’t have any complaints & especially nothing negative. I highly believe that, I’m going to have a very pleasant and a long term relationship with Netspend. I’ve been recommending you all to friends and family, and they are still in the ways of traditional banking. One day.. thank you for making this experience an awesome one.

GBAlways have My direct deposit early Always have My direct deposit early. Whenever I call and need help I speak with a NetSpend customer service person right away and My issue is always taken care of immediately. I've been using NetSpend for My direct deposit now for several years because there are no hidden costs, no costs... like the banks! I've used My card to rent vehicle's, for everything!

GBI had recent incidents where I had 2 charges to my account for two separate amounts and state locations. I am fairly new to Netspend, but Fraud & Loss were able to detect that these were not mine. -

GBHow a debit card customer service is supposed to be You are just such an awesome card to have. you work with us if we have a problem like we are all that matters to you and like your pay depends on us, the customer. I don't know what all the other cards are thinking but they need to watch how you take care of customers to understand how to get it right. Thank you Netspend.
