Overdraft service I send my niece money to pay my bills. A lot of times they are overdraft, still I pay out of my check. This is the second time that this has happened. If I'm paying there's no reason why to shut it off. I'm currently looking for another prepaid card because I can no longer go through this.

I had recent incidents where I had 2 charges to my account for two separate amounts and state locations. I am fairly new to Netspend, but Fraud & Loss were able to detect that these were not mine. -

Customer service representative was a… Customer service representative was a great help and very informative with the solution I needed. I have never had a problem with their representatives. Netspend is a good go to when you don’t want to deal with bank branches. They are also better with fraud issues.

I spoke to Chi I spoke to Chi, I hope 🙏 that is how she spells her name. I had a great Customer service experience with her and she helped tremendously with my issue.
