I love how easy the app is to use and… I love how easy the app is to use and the convenience of transferring to another card using flash pay ID or debit card. However, I do not like the fees I’ve had to pay. In just this month along, I’ve spent nearly $80 in fees due to being charged $1.95 per debit. It’s outrageous!

Overdraft service I send my niece money to pay my bills. A lot of times they are overdraft, still I pay out of my check. This is the second time that this has happened. If I'm paying there's no reason why to shut it off. I'm currently looking for another prepaid card because I can no longer go through this.

LATE PAYMENT My payment was due on the 29th.(that's 2 days early) that's why I use your card.But I didn't received my payment until the 30th.Also you didn't put it in my account until after 3pm. I had to pay late fee's!

Never had an issue until one day I see… Never had an issue until one day I see money being pulled out of my account…. My heart sank and it took a good 30 mins to find a phone number to contact a live person to report the issue. I feel that Netspend could avoid a lot of issues with fraud ahead of time…. For every time a single penny leaves they account a customer should get an alert if ur signed up for alerts even if it’s from Netspend charging $1.50 to view your account balance… other than that I have no issues and the customer service was great….. and clearly from the response given below they aren’t understanding what I’m saying and want me to email them about something that really so simple. I have no issues paying the fees that Netspend charges. I would like to be alerted for every charge, fee, etc.

I love NetSpend money always their on… I love NetSpend money always their on time, direct deposit dependable, and if you have suspicious activity with your account they catch everything. NetSpend will warn you before things go any further. This statement is all true 💯💯
