GBHow a debit card customer service is supposed to be You are just such an awesome card to have. you work with us if we have a problem like we are all that matters to you and like your pay depends on us, the customer. I don't know what all the other cards are thinking but they need to watch how you take care of customers to understand how to get it right. Thank you Netspend.

GBI love how easy the app is to use and… I love how easy the app is to use and the convenience of transferring to another card using flash pay ID or debit card. However, I do not like the fees I’ve had to pay. In just this month along, I’ve spent nearly $80 in fees due to being charged $1.95 per debit. It’s outrageous!

GBLATE PAYMENT My payment was due on the 29th.(that's 2 days early) that's why I use your card.But I didn't received my payment until the 30th.Also you didn't put it in my account until after 3pm. I had to pay late fee's!

GBI had recent incidents where I had 2 charges to my account for two separate amounts and state locations. I am fairly new to Netspend, but Fraud & Loss were able to detect that these were not mine. -
