GBThey are totally irresponsible when… They are totally irresponsible when comes to a claim. They hold your money up for months and months and your house will never get fixed.they treat you like you renting rather than a home owner. They have my insurance money that I pay over $3,000 a year for and my house is tore up from a tornado way back in April. I am talking to an attorney. He told me, that company is nothing , but a scam.we plan to sue. They said they will contact me, but as of today they have not tried to reach out to me. Just another one of their lies to make theirs elf look to others that they are good Ole guys. People can see through your phoney lies.

Her helpfulness, general attitude, and knowledge truly came through in the work that had to be done. There were never any hard-sell techniques applied. GBGood start - bad finish My salesperson was very attentive and responsive during the "sell" phase of the transaction. Communication became poor as we approached closing . At closing I was told about all the follow up I would get starting that same day . It was 10 days before I heard anything from anyone - - I was actually ghosted which was not a very secure feeling .
