Although we made the original call to… Although we made the original call to start the reverse mortgage I was not totally sold on doing it yet. Working with Scott Zmikly Who must have a lot of understanding and patience; we decided to go with the reverse mortgage. We contacted him many times and he had the answers we needed To put our minds at ease no matter what time of the day. I give you five stars for his knowledge and his ability

I am giving 5 stars becasue my agent… I am giving 5 stars becasue my agent Aaron Kerkhof was veryy k owledgeable, professional and attentive. My complaints are these.. 1) I was not given the full amt of LOC which I was first led to believe, 2) i had to pay for a second appraisal...which you were obviously hoping would be lower, but which was considerably higher...so, I had to pay for a 2nd appraisal which I did not order or desire and which was not used for my loan. 3) there was alot of wasted time in underwriting. Thank you.

Jason Chambers - the best in the business Jason Chambers at Fare Reverse is a reverse mortgage specialist who did the impossible! He enabled my elderly mother to stay in her own home and avoid the heartbreak of being placed in a memory care facility. She has 24/7 care which is prohibitively expensive. I really had no place to turn until a mortgage broker gave me Jason's name. During our initial phone conversation, Jason explained in detail what a reverse mortgage is, exactly how it worked and dispelled my fears. He was endlessly patient every step of the way--from loan application to closing. He laid out exactly what I needed to do and was ALWAYS available, by phone or email. Now my mother's home is taking care of her--and she can afford to "age in place." I had been told the Jason Chambers is "the best in the business." And he is. Ten stars.
