The sales person was such a joy to work with. Heather made the entire process so pleasant. From start to finish she was clearly in my corner. Her helpfulness, general attitude, and knowledge truly came through in the work that had to be done. There were never any hard-sell techniques applied. She gained my trust quickly and kept it though out the process. She is a true professional who is easy to talk to and understand.

Our experience was Our experience was, by and large, quite positive. Our first loan officer was very enthusiastic and a bit too chatty, but she did a good job getting things started. She could have explained a few things better which might have saved us a little time in the process, but she left FAR and a new loan officer took over. He picked up the transaction in the middle and did a great job, allowing for timely closing before rate lock expiration. Overall FAR showed us a professional and efficient experience.

Jason Chambers from Finance of America… Jason Chambers from Finance of America was recommended to me by my brother. Although skeptical, I contacted him. What I found was Jason was forthright, very candid, knowledgeable, and honest. It was refreshing to be dealing with someone who is very professional. Although he did an assumptive close, he had answered all of my questions in a truthful concise manner. Please keep in mind, it is important to do your own due diligence if you sign up for this. That being said, Jason earned my business and got me into a program that suited me best.

5 stars Hi, I would like to take a moment to share my experiences with Alexis Torres for my mother reverse mortgage loan. Alexis and his team did a wonderful job to process our loan. He has great knowledge about the loan processes and understood our problems. He provided alternate solutions for us to meet each requirement. The entire process was smooth, and Alexis communicated with us at every step with emails and phone calls. We had terrible experiences with Washington Mutual but thankful that we switched to Finance of America. We definitely will recommend Finance of America to other family members and friends. Finance of America Reverse is a lesson… Finance of America Reverse is a lesson in who NOT to trust with your future. I have had to deal with your "Loss Draft Department" for MONTHS trying to get them to send back the roofing contractors money from my insurance company for MONTHS!!! Ive spoken with managers who lie about returning calls. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals Office and will warn everyone to AVOID this corrupt company at all costs.
