I am giving 5 stars becasue my agent… I am giving 5 stars becasue my agent Aaron Kerkhof was veryy k owledgeable, professional and attentive. My complaints are these.. 1) I was not given the full amt of LOC which I was first led to believe, 2) i had to pay for a second appraisal...which you were obviously hoping would be lower, but which was considerably higher...so, I had to pay for a 2nd appraisal which I did not order or desire and which was not used for my loan. 3) there was alot of wasted time in underwriting. Thank you.

Application process went about as… Application process went about as smooth as one could have hoped for with a few hiccups along the way mainly documentation requirements but, were worked out in a timely manner with the help of Josh Whitson my acct. rep. Closing was ez peasy and fund distribution moved quickly from there..one thing I always appreciated was keeping me in the loop,informed, and appreciated...

Everything we were told was very true… Everything we were told was very true and very professional. I don't know how we would have been able to go through everthing without your professional staff including Rose who we talk with ,on the phone and the very Professional agent Amber Boston Thank You all.; especially Amber. Steve and Gregg Moxham.

They are totally irresponsible when… They are totally irresponsible when comes to a claim. They hold your money up for months and months and your house will never get fixed.they treat you like you renting rather than a home owner. They have my insurance money that I pay over $3,000 a year for and my house is tore up from a tornado way back in April. I am talking to an attorney. He told me, that company is nothing , but a scam.we plan to sue. They said they will contact me, but as of today they have not tried to reach out to me. Just another one of their lies to make theirs elf look to others that they are good Ole guys. People can see through your phoney lies.

Scott and Crystal and the entire team… Scott and Crystal and the entire team at FAR were amazing! From start to finish they made the process smooth, simple and easy, without question. I have taken out many home loans, however this was by all means the best lender I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them should you need or want a home loan without the hassle and frustration that usually comes with the home loan process. My expectations were met and exceeded!
