GBbiweekly I wanted to set it up so we made biweekly payments, but in order to do that you had to make a whole extra payment. Why an extra payment is needed to set up bi weekly payments if I'm already up to date on my payments is ridiculous.

GBContradictory staff! I've sent money for recast, instead of depositing it into the principal they took a big chunk of it and paid for my FUTURE monthly payments. Spending people's money against their wishes is a crime! I've called and emailed about 100 times (no exaggerating) since December, every single person gives me a different answer from the previous one. I don't know how/where these people get trained for their "jobs". If you're reading this from Servbank, don't send me that email address, instead reply to the oen of the many that I've already sent!

GBI’ve always paid online Mario from Serv bank reached out and was kind and courteous and helpful. He explained that Serv bank will report to the credit unions that my account was paid as agreed and I will not have a negative mark on my credit / negative impact. I appreciated this very much.
