GBbiweekly I wanted to set it up so we made biweekly payments, but in order to do that you had to make a whole extra payment. Why an extra payment is needed to set up bi weekly payments if I'm already up to date on my payments is ridiculous.

GBMy payments are still in suspense and… My payments are still in suspense and have been sense January. I’ve called three times and the issues is still not resolved. I made an over payment and they put the whole amount in suspension. I currently now have two full payments in suspension. They are saying I’m two months behind. They keep telling me it’s going to be applied. Now this last rep tried to say that money wasn’t mine. Beyond frustrated with this company.

He took my call and was sincere and genuine. Coming from a consumer client's point of view, I believe he knows how to truly take care of families with compassion, respect, and is very service oriented.
