Customer Service Problems, Great Retailers They need to work on their customer service. The people are nice, but they do not have much authority to investigate an issue and the escalation team is extremely slow to respond. One they understand a problem they fix it, but the process is horrible. The subscription price keeps rising and is getting high meaning there will one day be less subscribers, including myself. Some of the links need to he updated or removed as some did not work. On a more positive note, they have a lot of the major retailers we all use which makes it a little easier to balance out the cost to be a member. It would be nice to one day have costco added and would also be a major benefit to have gasoline stations on there as well.

The only comment I might make is sometimes the reviewers of claim decline something due to an order date missing when the order date is clearly stated within the confirmation email and on the header.
