GBI don't know what happened I don't know what happened, but the service has regressed and is now terrible. I've been cheated out of lots of money over the past months and will be cancelling my long standing subscription. There are several dates of problems, so the date below is not accurate

Funny Amazon gets it done My gift did not arrive and person left town without so I asked for refund I got refund but free shipping charged me for what they could not deliver and gift wasn't delivered so again why bother giving gifts if they cannot be delivered on time

GBLoyal member for over 5 years! I have been using for FreeShipping.com for over 5 years and will continue to do so for years to come. This is my go-to cashback website. Yes, there's a monthly fee. BUT the benefits significantly outweigh the costs. I would recommend membership to anyone who frequently shops online and is willing to put in a few extra minutes to get their rebates :)

GBSupport service need improvement The pros is the ease of submitting claims. The cons is where claims were declined with careless processing. Example would be no sufficient back up document when they are clearly included in the email. The worst is when multiple emails discussion for the same issue email chains often handle with different Agents who didn't read the emails causing me had to repeat myself many times and at times needed higher management to resolve issues. I suggest better training and have Agents not to jump into conversations where other Agent is already involved...like email that's replying to a specific Agent name.

GBGreat cash back The customer service is excellent and they have a great history of paying out of claims from what I have read. The amount that they charge on a regular basis is not much compared to how much you will receive in return. I also understand their 1000 a year limit because the benefits they offer are so good that they need to have a cap. I also want to say that Samantha who is a supervisor was excellent in addressing my needs. She was very professional and resolved my claims on a timely manner. Highly recommend it"
