GBCustomer Service Problems, Great Retailers They need to work on their customer service. The people are nice, but they do not have much authority to investigate an issue and the escalation team is extremely slow to respond. One they understand a problem they fix it, but the process is horrible. The subscription price keeps rising and is getting high meaning there will one day be less subscribers, including myself. Some of the links need to he updated or removed as some did not work. On a more positive note, they have a lot of the major retailers we all use which makes it a little easier to balance out the cost to be a member. It would be nice to one day have costco added and would also be a major benefit to have gasoline stations on there as well.

GBGreat cash back The customer service is excellent and they have a great history of paying out of claims from what I have read. The amount that they charge on a regular basis is not much compared to how much you will receive in return. I also understand their 1000 a year limit because the benefits they offer are so good that they need to have a cap. I also want to say that Samantha who is a supervisor was excellent in addressing my needs. She was very professional and resolved my claims on a timely manner. Highly recommend it"

GBLoyal member for over 5 years! I have been using for FreeShipping.com for over 5 years and will continue to do so for years to come. This is my go-to cashback website. Yes, there's a monthly fee. BUT the benefits significantly outweigh the costs. I would recommend membership to anyone who frequently shops online and is willing to put in a few extra minutes to get their rebates :)

Funny Amazon gets it done My gift did not arrive and person left town without so I asked for refund I got refund but free shipping charged me for what they could not deliver and gift wasn't delivered so again why bother giving gifts if they cannot be delivered on time

GBOld dog, new tricks… I am not too techy and so when I signed up I did not understand that I had to order thru the site to receive $ back. Once I called in I had this lovely agent named Kathryn ( not sure of spelling) and her supervisor Barbie who really took their time with me and helped me maneuver thru the site. Still think humans are so much better than machines and AI.(artificial intelligence). See I am learning
