GBFor many years For many years, IBKR's app was a bit behind the times, while their desktop platform was powerful and pretty reliable in spite of looking like something that hadn't been updated since the glory days of DOS. Fast forward to 2024 and whoever is running their mobile app development knows what they're doing. This is a good thing, and I'm glad to be done with TD Ameritrade, whose only interest is in promoting its frustratingly bad Think Or Swim platform, which is quite silly. But IBKR's company's customer service still sucks if something goes wrong. I've been trying to get some account transfer stuff figured out and they are absolutely useless. 100% of the responsibility is on the customer, even when their web portal does a lousy job of explaining what's going on. The phone menu is hard to navigate and they always send you to the wrong place, and then the customer service representatives always sound so tired and weary and sad.

AUI have been trying to open an account… I have been trying to open an account can't go past the regulatory page and when I click on continue on the bottom there is no mention of what I am doing wrong. There is no email or customer support.

GBKnowledgeable and Helpful IBKR Representatives IBKR representatives have always been knowledgeable and very helpful when I call for help. Waiting for someone to take my call is about average - sometimes very little waiting.

EGI am not satisfied with this service when the problem is resolved, if it is resolved I will be very satisfied I have a problem. I downloaded the application for the mobile phone and approved my trial account. Every time I execute a purchase order, it gives me the order has been executed, but after a while it happens that the order is canceled and I do not know why I want to solve the problem or provide me with customer service for these problems.
