The information provided is abundant and helps make solid trading decisions. Trading costs are shown in an honest and transparent way, so that one can optimize one's cost targets and avoid surprises.

FISeems like this is only place to get… Seems like this is only place to get answers from IB… anyways, my account got terminated early this year (at least I tought so.) I have still got account updates from IB, I have sent many emails but got no replies. Would be interesting to know if I still have account or no.

IEUI and access issues - resolved Don't receive notification on app for challenge response so can't use online portal. When try submit query in app, just says there is an error in the service. Impressed that IB responded and assisted. I have now got it working, thank you.
