GBFor many years For many years, IBKR's app was a bit behind the times, while their desktop platform was powerful and pretty reliable in spite of looking like something that hadn't been updated since the glory days of DOS. Fast forward to 2024 and whoever is running their mobile app development knows what they're doing. This is a good thing, and I'm glad to be done with TD Ameritrade, whose only interest is in promoting its frustratingly bad Think Or Swim platform, which is quite silly. But IBKR's company's customer service still sucks if something goes wrong. I've been trying to get some account transfer stuff figured out and they are absolutely useless. 100% of the responsibility is on the customer, even when their web portal does a lousy job of explaining what's going on. The phone menu is hard to navigate and they always send you to the wrong place, and then the customer service representatives always sound so tired and weary and sad.

SGUnreasonable Restrictions on withdrawals I had increased my deposit substantially for some time as I was keen on trading more frequently. However, apart from options trading more frequently for about a year or so, I chanced upon a crypto course. As I needed to fund the crypto account, I withdrew 30% of MY OWN MONEY. I received a “Restriction Warning” for withdrawing USD and accused of primarily converting deposited funds to another currency (USD) and then withdraw those funds. CRAZY!!

HUEasy to use Easy to use, great helpdesk with fast response - it would be good to have a Hungarian platform as well on the app!

GBVery unfriendly system The only thing easy to use is depositing your money. Expensive to trade. Very limited withdrwal options. Overall I find it difficult to use and moving away Completly.

IEUI and access issues - resolved Don't receive notification on app for challenge response so can't use online portal. When try submit query in app, just says there is an error in the service. Impressed that IB responded and assisted. I have now got it working, thank you.
