Great interest rates but after I made… Great interest rates but after I made one withdrawal I have never been able to access my account. Have made numerous CORRECT login attempts but no luck. Customer service has tried but no luck. Plan to cancel after I receive tax info.

Not a bad experience Not a bad experience, but not great either. The website can be very confusing, especially to pay an invoice or set up autopay of regular monthly payments due. You have to set up another login to a linked website called "payconnexion" in order to pay items. You can't get to payconnexion directly, you can only get there by logging in to CIT and then clicking the link within that site in the payment area. Really weird, clunky, and old-school in my opinion. And, then, payconnexion is not very clear sometimes on how it is processing a payment. I've overpaid a couple of times because it reads one way but acts another. Hopefully with CIT turning into First Citizens Bank things will improve for the website and payments.

Too long for funds to be available I recently opened a high yield savings account with CIT bank. While I love that they are paying a higher percentage, I HATE that it takes SOOOOO long for my money to be available after an electronic transfer; over 1 week. I could totally see taking over 1 week to be available if I did a mobile check deposit, but it takes way too long for an electronic transfer.

Same problem as others in opening account Same problem as many have stated. They advertise high rates, but then deny application and will not state why ("could be poor credit score, poor banking history, etc" none of which are true). Came here to leave feedback and noticed the terrible views from actual customers. Feel as if I dodged a bullet!
