GBstealing my escrow money Because of my veteran status I do not pay property taxes. I have been trying to get them to close my escrow account, especially before the next taxes are due knowing that theyll automatically get paid out. Freedom Mortgage states itll take them over a month to investigate this situation which means they're going to lose my money when they pay the taxes they're not supposed to and it'll be on me to play phone tag between them and the city to get the situation resolved. also I didnt choose Freedom Mortage, PHH transferred me to them.

GBTrash company who will try and steal from you We have had our mortgage through this company for over 5 years. Recently our property taxable value raised. Freedom did not tell us and then attempted to pocket two months of our payments because they were slightly short. In addition to trying to steal our payment funds, they assigned numerous fees. Bad company. Avoid at all costs.

GBWorst customer service! AVOID!!!!! They are pure garbage and don't care about their customers. They reported my payment late because I never received the notice the escrow amount was increasing by a few dollars due to taxes. Ruined my credit and refuse to fix this causing me to pay thousands of dollars in increased interest rates and not be able to cash out any of my over $500k in equity!
