Horrible Horrible Bank Horrible Horrible Bank, it is the 4th Bank my mortgage has been sold too. Incompetent. They not once but twice took an insurance policy on my property, due to a clerical error And started to charge me hundreds of $$$ numerous calls lasting over an hour to resolve. Assurances it was corrected to only again start to get late payment notices . (I have NEVER missed a payment) Customer service agent speak over you, try to gas light you! I begged them to sell my mortgage to another company so I can get far away from this place. I wish I could give NEGATIVE stairs. Hours and Hours of my Life wasted due to their incompetence!

Outstanding Associates! Janice Rogers and Matt Roeland were awesome to work with. Both of them were caring and understanding. I did this refinance to get money to help my wife with major surgery due to bone loss in her jaws.
