GBHorrible Horrible Bank Horrible Horrible Bank, it is the 4th Bank my mortgage has been sold too. Incompetent. They not once but twice took an insurance policy on my property, due to a clerical error And started to charge me hundreds of $$$ numerous calls lasting over an hour to resolve. Assurances it was corrected to only again start to get late payment notices . (I have NEVER missed a payment) Customer service agent speak over you, try to gas light you! I begged them to sell my mortgage to another company so I can get far away from this place. I wish I could give NEGATIVE stairs. Hours and Hours of my Life wasted due to their incompetence!

GBTrash company who will try and steal from you We have had our mortgage through this company for over 5 years. Recently our property taxable value raised. Freedom did not tell us and then attempted to pocket two months of our payments because they were slightly short. In addition to trying to steal our payment funds, they assigned numerous fees. Bad company. Avoid at all costs.

His professionalism and patience, in explaining how the process works, coupled with his energetic persona, all combined to become a precursor to what I experienced. It is apparent to me there is a level of teamwork in Freedom Mortgage that crosses through multiple departments. Every single person that communicated with me, whether via email or telephonically was a consummate professional and had the intention of making this process both painless and successful.
