stealing my escrow money Because of my veteran status I do not pay property taxes. I have been trying to get them to close my escrow account, especially before the next taxes are due knowing that theyll automatically get paid out. Freedom Mortgage states itll take them over a month to investigate this situation which means they're going to lose my money when they pay the taxes they're not supposed to and it'll be on me to play phone tag between them and the city to get the situation resolved. also I didnt choose Freedom Mortage, PHH transferred me to them.

Outstanding Associates! Janice Rogers and Matt Roeland were awesome to work with. Both of them were caring and understanding. I did this refinance to get money to help my wife with major surgery due to bone loss in her jaws. This has been a wonderful experience and my wife and I both are appreciative of the kind people that helped us.

Pain means Freedom Mortgage Pain means Freedom Mortgage, Customer Service worst , System old age and they don't want to change , You can never speak to Insurance customer service and they pay Insurance company way one and half months advance and you need to deal with if you change insurance which is pain. They don't even deserve One Star .

Where are the negative rating stars? There are not enough negative stars to rate this sham of a company. They completely screwed up the home loan for my buyer. Instead of enjoying his new home, he's at home recovering from the stress. They are out of their league dealing with mortgages and lending. Overcharging my VA client, switching multiple people during the process, requesting the same documents over and over, not able to explain charges when questioned. It was a nightmare that we couldn't escape. They are already prepping to refinance their home so they can get rid of this company.
