GBWorst customer service! AVOID!!!!! They are pure garbage and don't care about their customers. They reported my payment late because I never received the notice the escrow amount was increasing by a few dollars due to taxes. Ruined my credit and refuse to fix this causing me to pay thousands of dollars in increased interest rates and not be able to cash out any of my over $500k in equity!

GBPain means Freedom Mortgage Pain means Freedom Mortgage, Customer Service worst , System old age and they don't want to change , You can never speak to Insurance customer service and they pay Insurance company way one and half months advance and you need to deal with if you change insurance which is pain. They don't even deserve One Star .

GBfailed to order new escrow analysis after new homeowners insurance obtained what went wrong was freedom mortgage allowed me to pay an addition 197$ this month because they failed to order a new escrow analysis after i obtained a new home insurance in March 21,2024 reducing my yr payment to $1300 from $2800, and the old homeowners insurance went up to over 3000$ for the next yr. It was freedom mortgage fault. or did they allow this to happen causing their customer to pay more and hoping they wouldn't catch it?? I see where they have been accused of defrauding customers in the past, am just putting this out there and am wondering what they are going to say about the extra $197 they took out of my account this month.
