GBWorst customer service! AVOID!!!!! They are pure garbage and don't care about their customers. They reported my payment late because I never received the notice the escrow amount was increasing by a few dollars due to taxes. Ruined my credit and refuse to fix this causing me to pay thousands of dollars in increased interest rates and not be able to cash out any of my over $500k in equity!

GBMy mortgage was transferred from DR… My mortgage was transferred from DR Horton to Freedom Mortgage and we were given their Customer service address to mail first payment PO Box 508485 Indianapolis In and it has yet to posted to our account and they have nerve to call States it’s late . They sent email on Sept 1 with information to set up online account day it was due not before it was due. We were being proactive and mailed payment. GBDo not use Freedom Mortgage Do not use Freedom Mortgage, they purchase our load, now I have a much lower credit rating, due to their actions. Please, keep your sanity. DON'T USE FREEDOM MORTGAGE for any mortgage business. If you do, you won't be satisfied!
