His professionalism and patience, in explaining how the process works, coupled with his energetic persona, all combined to become a precursor to what I experienced. It is apparent to me there is a level of teamwork in Freedom Mortgage that crosses through multiple departments. Every single person that communicated with me, whether via email or telephonically was a consummate professional and had the intention of making this process both painless and successful. This was by far the best home finance process I've experienced. I truly appreciate everyone that participated on my behalf. Thank you again j.brown

Horrible Horrible Bank Horrible Horrible Bank, it is the 4th Bank my mortgage has been sold too. Incompetent. They not once but twice took an insurance policy on my property, due to a clerical error And started to charge me hundreds of $$$ numerous calls lasting over an hour to resolve. Assurances it was corrected to only again start to get late payment notices . (I have NEVER missed a payment) Customer service agent speak over you, try to gas light you! I begged them to sell my mortgage to another company so I can get far away from this place. I wish I could give NEGATIVE stairs. Hours and Hours of my Life wasted due to their incompetence!

Be patient, trust that things will go as planned. Taking the effort to go the extra to get to closing on the day of the event even with the builder delays. Additionally, taking the time to reach out to the appraiser to get the needed documents.

Where are the negative rating stars? There are not enough negative stars to rate this sham of a company. They completely screwed up the home loan for my buyer. Instead of enjoying his new home, he's at home recovering from the stress. They are out of their league dealing with mortgages and lending. Overcharging my VA client, switching multiple people during the process, requesting the same documents over and over, not able to explain charges when questioned. It was a nightmare that we couldn't escape. They are already prepping to refinance their home so they can get rid of this company.
