Please loose my email because they have that it won't let me un subscribe. I will find a way to have these emails turned over to the proper authorities

Not recommended and their response was to protect my account you tell me something different just now stating to keep the app safe wow whatever

My brother sent me $600 and when I went… My brother sent me $600 and when I went to deposit it into my account. It would not accept it because I had my old bank account number so it ended up. Freezing the $600. This was over 1 week ago. I've contacted them repeatedly and told them to send the money back to my brother or release the freeze. And they keep telling me that a specialist is going to contact me like I said, it has been over a week and I have heard nothing. It is like they just stole my money.

Horrible company Horrible company! I’ve used cash app for years but unfortunately I’m done with them. For whatever reason over the past year their customer service is terrible and they hold money longer. 4/11/24 UPDATE: These people are truly a joke. I never write reviews EVER and I’m only updating to inform people they need to go elsewhere. There is no management to speak with when problems aren’t resolved. DO NOT EVER DEPOSIT A MOBILE CHECK because it can be weeks before they release funds.
