Would give zero stars if I could Would give zero stars if I could. Closed my account no explanation and said balance under review. This was nearly 1 year ago. The balance is fine and if reviewed they would know that. Support in app is all bots who reply with irrelevant response to what has been asked. Escalated numerous times to be sent an email stating what chat says cashapp closed balance under review. Everytime I try to enquire I am told account closed balance under review. No review is taking place. "Complaints team" no help at all tell me to refer to an email off June last year to see how to move forward. Said email only states closed balance under review. Nothing about moving forward. Have explained I dont understand sent probably 100 emails and stated the distress this is causing as I have learning difficulties and the only response I get is. Refer to an email off 20/06/2023 even when the question is what has been done on the account since 20/06/2023 they are purposely mocking me. They have no legitimate reason to hold my legitimate funds and there is absolutely no support or help available. How many times will the response to any question be. Refer to email see how to move forward. But nothing there to move forwards. Avoid and withdraw any funds you have before you end up in the same cycle of bots sending automatic irrelevant responses

Crappy service Crappy service, lost 300$ to a scammer they dont do anything. Honestly do not use them for anything, they will not help you in anyway if you have been scammed. Edit: Contacted support again, got the same npc response like I said they dont do anything to help

Cash App sucks Cash App sucks! I accepted a user study through uTest to check and see if there were any errors with the Cash App transaction. After I signed an NDA, I was taken to an extensive, long list that did not include my credit union. My credit union was located on a spreadsheet, but I was told not to participate. I called Cash App to REMOVE my debit card, but they keep telling me I have to be verified. I already verified the Cash App account on 4/27/24 at 1:36am. I tried to remove my debit card and email from Cash App, and I received an email stating that I was successful. I do not trust uTest or Cash App, and will contact my credit union Monday to cancel my debit card. UPDATE: Cash App gave me a link that I cannot use because I deleted the app on my phone. My only choice? To call the 800 number, and speak to a representative from another country that does not understand me. How about an email address where someone who speaks and understands English can help me? Next step is the BBB and Illinois Attorney General for formal complaints.

I asked for one of the cash app cards I asked for one of the cash app cards. I had to supply id verification by uploading my DL etc. No problem. I waited a few days then got a message that they could not authorize my account so the card was denied. I went through this process 3 different times. Uploading photos that were very clear and exactly what they required except they always rejected them, without giving a reason. Couple of months later I decided to try again with the same results. After lenthly phone conversations and uploading a few more times, I was finally granted a card. However, once I received it in the mail, I tried to activate it. It never accepted the request. Again multiple calls to support and always getting the same response. "We are escalating your request and someone will be in touch with you by email." Never got an email. I don't believe anyone in customer support has a clue as to what their job is. Finally I gave up and shreded the card.

DELETED MY CASH APP USING ZELLE I am officially done and deleted my account with Cash App. I received a printout of my Cash App account after two non authorized payments was made. The same day after I put a freeze on my bank account it shows numerous attempts to withdraw more money. With this information Cash App still determined it was me SMH. I would suggest no one use cash app because the system is note safe from hackers and there customer service sucks. Cash App don't care about the issues you have with them. Zelle is what I will be using.
