GBI asked for one of the cash app cards I asked for one of the cash app cards. I had to supply id verification by uploading my DL etc. No problem. I waited a few days then got a message that they could not authorize my account so the card was denied. I went through this process 3 different times. Uploading photos that were very clear and exactly what they required except they always rejected them, without giving a reason. Couple of months later I decided to try again with the same results. After lenthly phone conversations and uploading a few more times, I was finally granted a card. However, once I received it in the mail, I tried to activate it. It never accepted the request. Again multiple calls to support and always getting the same response. "We are escalating your request and someone will be in touch with you by email." Never got an email. I don't believe anyone in customer support has a clue as to what their job is. Finally I gave up and shreded the card.

GBOverall it's just a prepaid credit… Overall it's just a prepaid credit card. it doesn't actually add any value to my life. it's not even useful as a credit card itself as in that it provides no other function than to give you money or to give other people money. It has no reflection on credit history, it's insecure, and it's overall utility is no better than a bank card. If anything it's utility is worse as in extra provided services are less than par even for a bank. Honestly I don't know why anyone waste their time on this unless product.

GBGreat Experience … I have had nothing but positive experiences with CashApp. I greatly appreciate the new feature that allows you to borrow from CashApp. It’s a Blessing. Also CashApp really has grown. There are other amenities as well.

GBHorrible company Horrible company! I’ve used cash app for years but unfortunately I’m done with them. For whatever reason over the past year their customer service is terrible and they hold money longer. 4/11/24 UPDATE: These people are truly a joke. I never write reviews EVER and I’m only updating to inform people they need to go elsewhere. There is no management to speak with when problems aren’t resolved. DO NOT EVER DEPOSIT A MOBILE CHECK because it can be weeks before they release funds.
