My wife ordered from a company they… My wife ordered from a company they only took cashapp as payment she sent $115.00 to them the order was never sent Cashapp refuses to refund her money so she lost all of her payment and never received the product don't use this app they have no policy for customer refunds.WORTHLESS

Doesn’t even deserve a one star AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Doesn’t even deserve a one star, avoid at all costs!! Had my account blocked in June last year, been passed around constantly, chat is just bots saying the same rubbish. I escalated it myself to the ombudsman, I then received an email six months later saying if I wasn’t happy with cash app to report to them but only could do it six months within the time frame ( they purposely held off sending this email so it was out of the time frame) little did they know I’d already done it. Discussions with ombudsman’s for a few months back and forth, told to release my funds and pay compensation and they had 4 weeks from review to do so, Still no money. Keep sending the same email ‘ we are working with the ombudsman’ even though the case has been escalated and they’ve been told exactly what to do. The four weeks have now passed so it’s been reported further to the ombudsman to get my funds. The whole place is absolute joke and I wouldn’t ever ever use them again! I wouldn’t mind but I have an amount in there that I did need and had to source alternative funds and yet they still don’t care. Customer services are rude and quite frankly disgusting. Avoid!!!

They deleted my account due to someone… They deleted my account due to someone false reporting my account for selling unproven services? Are they serious! I’m a social media influencer. I’ve had my cash app for years and never had experienced this. I showed them proof of someone harassing me and reporting my Cashapp. Cashapp has the worst service ever. They made thousands of dollars off of me just to delete me. Weird and don’t use this app!!! They SUCK! Very unprofessional and weird.

I'm so tired of all spam scam emails I… I'm so tired of all spam scam emails I receive all day long!!!! 8-15 every 2 to 3 hours from cash app!!!!!!! Please loose my email because they have that it won't let me un subscribe. I will find a way to have these emails turned over to the proper authorities

Would give zero stars if I could Would give zero stars if I could. Closed my account no explanation and said balance under review. This was nearly 1 year ago. The balance is fine and if reviewed they would know that. Support in app is all bots who reply with irrelevant response to what has been asked. Escalated numerous times to be sent an email stating what chat says cashapp closed balance under review. Everytime I try to enquire I am told account closed balance under review. No review is taking place. "Complaints team" no help at all tell me to refer to an email off June last year to see how to move forward. Said email only states closed balance under review. Nothing about moving forward. Have explained I dont understand sent probably 100 emails and stated the distress this is causing as I have learning difficulties and the only response I get is. Refer to an email off 20/06/2023 even when the question is what has been done on the account since 20/06/2023 they are purposely mocking me. They have no legitimate reason to hold my legitimate funds and there is absolutely no support or help available. How many times will the response to any question be. Refer to email see how to move forward. But nothing there to move forwards. Avoid and withdraw any funds you have before you end up in the same cycle of bots sending automatic irrelevant responses
