Freezing the $600. This was over 1 week ago. I've contacted them repeatedly and told them to send the money back to my brother or release the freeze. And they keep telling me that a specialist is going to contact me like I said, it has been over a week and I have heard nothing. It is like they just stole my money.

I call go through their process was told they need a letter from merchant to expedite the hold feeling defeated call merchant back they did it they gave me a letter a accounting showing they where did cashapp honor there agreement?? No still making me wait the 7 days! Everything i had planned with my family ruined because of this crap basically charged me twice! Lost time and money!

Great Experience … I have had nothing but positive experiences with CashApp. I greatly appreciate the new feature that allows you to borrow from CashApp. It’s a Blessing. Also CashApp really has grown. There are other amenities as well.
