Not just an account here! The staff is always welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m treated by name at every visit which makes me feel as though I’m not just another account. I had to make what turned out to be a very complicated wire transfer recently and everyone involved (shout out to Chad, Sonia and Nancy) really worked diligently and patiently with me to accomplish it.
