California Covid-19 Rent Relief Program 2022 I participated in the California COVID-19 rent relief in 2022 and was finally issued a check after 6 months. unfortunately i went to money mart to cash my rent check. the store manger lied to me and said there would be no hold on the check and about an hour later they told me there would be a 8 day hold and that there was nothing i could do about it. A government check huh. it is impossible to get a hold of live person that works for Money Mart. the bottom line is if you need your rent check cashed avoid Money Mart at all costs they are shady crooks who have horrible customer service and they held my rent money hostage for 8 days so they can collect interest on the money i am assuming. Bad company

I have take a few lines here and they always make sure that everything is clear and on point with what I am asking. They also make sure that I never have a late payment as they call ahead of time to remind and keep everything up to date.

I walked in and the place looked very clean and I was welcome by a very friendly and professional girl by the name of Joy, she made my first time experience very impressive and very relaxing, I had no problem understand her or what was a expected of me in order to cash my check. It was so simple that I will come again to cash future checks, thank you Joy for making me feel that your excellent customer service and amazing pleasant personality, no wonder Money Mart is consider a 5 star rating. She was so very patient and so very professional with helping me with my transaction.
