California Covid-19 Rent Relief Program 2022 I participated in the California COVID-19 rent relief in 2022 and was finally issued a check after 6 months. unfortunately i went to money mart to cash my rent check. the store manger lied to me and said there would be no hold on the check and about an hour later they told me there would be a 8 day hold and that there was nothing i could do about it. A government check huh. it is impossible to get a hold of live person that works for Money Mart. the bottom line is if you need your rent check cashed avoid Money Mart at all costs they are shady crooks who have horrible customer service and they held my rent money hostage for 8 days so they can collect interest on the money i am assuming. Bad company

This company does not care about… This company does not care about customer service. I do not care to do business with a company who thinks they can operate without giving customer service. I have a loan payback set for Jul 26 which I need to move to Aug 3, when my Social Security deposit comes in. I am being told that the payoff date can't be changed. What kind of customer service is that? I send 2 emails requesting the payoff date be moved to Aug 3 and they don't even bother to respond. What kind of customer service is that? It is apparent to me that they care nothing about their customer.

Perfessional money Mart employees..for a… I've been coming to money Mart for a long time. Sheila is a super nice lady and very perfessional. Claudia is very perfessional and a nice young lady. Now I've seen other customers get upset because they don't understand the process of safe gaurd's money Mart has in place. These ladies are always cool, calm and perfessional.
