She was so very patient and so very professional with helping me with my transaction. Monique is top notch! I went in there yesterday and today to cash a check and the level of service was excellent! I especially want to acknowledge Monique. She was the only worker there the first day I went and she handled the line with professionalism and poise. Even though they didnt have enough cash on hand to cash my check in full, she did everything she could to assist me and even gave me a follow up call the next day when the funds were available. Upon arrival today she was training a new employee and still gave excellent customer service. Just wanted to take the time to thank her and show support of this location. Ive been coming to this location since childhood with my Dad when he would cash his checks there. Its good to know it stood the test of time and the level of service remains the same. I would definitely recommend this place!
