I came to your store on May 13 I came to your store on May 13, 2021 and your employee Melodie at Aiea, HI branch assisted me with my Western Transaction. She was so very patient and so very professional with helping me with my transaction. I was having a very frustrating day that day and she was so very nice and helpful that I felt more positive about my day. I got my transaction done wonderfully with Melodie's assistance. I want to give a big thank you for the… I want to give a big thank you for the excellent customer service at the Pinkhook location in Lafayette, La. I received a large check, needing to cash and went to 2 different "competitors" of money mart who wanted me to jump through hoops or wait 10 days because of the amount. They were able to cash it right away(after verification). There was a hiccup with putting half on the card and the nice lady was able to accommodate me & make sure I left with all my money without waiting. Thank you for wonderful service because of yall I dont have to wait another 2 weeks to have my roof repaired.

This morning i went to the money mart… This morning i went to the money mart just to cash a check. I explained to Ashley my issue prior to getting the check. She understood my concerns and got right on it. It took almost a hour just to handle the situation. She never turn me away she continue to work on the problem until it got resolve. I really appreciate her to the fullest.

The girls here are always so good with… The girls here are always so good with me and polite. Everything usually goes very smoothly on their end of things even when I make it a lil hectic! Today I was in the store and Bella and Cassandra were right on it with me gave me the fastest experience I’ve had so far and I’m a regular at this point haha. They both took an interest in my kids and asked about my day it was just a wonderful experience all around. Also Bella is gorgeous if someone could give her my email thatd be great 😅😅
