Monique is top notch! I went in there yesterday and today to cash a check and the level of service was excellent! I especially want to acknowledge Monique. She was the only worker there the first day I went and she handled the line with professionalism and poise. Even though they didnt have enough cash on hand to cash my check in full, she did everything she could to assist me and even gave me a follow up call the next day when the funds were available. Upon arrival today she was training a new employee and still gave excellent customer service. Just wanted to take the time to thank her and show support of this location. Ive been coming to this location since childhood with my Dad when he would cash his checks there. Its good to know it stood the test of time and the level of service remains the same. I would definitely recommend this place!

They also make sure that I never have a late payment as they call ahead of time to remind and keep everything up to date.

California Covid-19 Rent Relief Program 2022 I participated in the California COVID-19 rent relief in 2022 and was finally issued a check after 6 months. unfortunately i went to money mart to cash my rent check. the store manger lied to me and said there would be no hold on the check and about an hour later they told me there would be a 8 day hold and that there was nothing i could do about it. A government check huh. it is impossible to get a hold of live person that works for Money Mart. the bottom line is if you need your rent check cashed avoid Money Mart at all costs they are shady crooks who have horrible customer service and they held my rent money hostage for 8 days so they can collect interest on the money i am assuming. Bad company

My first time I heard of money mart was… My first time I heard of money mart was in google search and I notice that money mart had a 5 star rating so, no questions I went to the Money Mart on Dillingham blvd, Honolulu, HI. I walked in and the place looked very clean and I was welcome by a very friendly and professional girl by the name of Joy, she made my first time experience very impressive and very relaxing, I had no problem understand her or what was a expected of me in order to cash my check. It was so simple that I will come again to cash future checks, thank you Joy for making me feel that your excellent customer service and amazing pleasant personality, no wonder Money Mart is consider a 5 star rating. Just excellent and kind services at… Just excellent and kind services at this blackstone ave money mart. Every time I go I feel welcomed by these two ladies, Connie and Claudia! They always make me feel like I am an important customer. Thank you ladies and keep up the good work.
