I want to give a big thank you for the… I want to give a big thank you for the excellent customer service at the Pinkhook location in Lafayette, La. I received a large check, needing to cash and went to 2 different "competitors" of money mart who wanted me to jump through hoops or wait 10 days because of the amount. They were able to cash it right away(after verification). There was a hiccup with putting half on the card and the nice lady was able to accommodate me & make sure I left with all my money without waiting. Thank you for wonderful service because of yall I dont have to wait another 2 weeks to have my roof repaired.

This morning i went to the money mart… This morning i went to the money mart just to cash a check. I explained to Ashley my issue prior to getting the check. She understood my concerns and got right on it. It took almost a hour just to handle the situation. She never turn me away she continue to work on the problem until it got resolve.
