He went over and clearly explained the process of each step for obtaining life insurance. He was more than friendly with helping answering any questions that I had. Just be patient when you choose him as cases can take a while and he doesn't have a magic wand you also need to do the legwork and your own research. GBGood Rates, Excellent Customer Service Good rates. Good service. Easy to set it and forget it until it is needed. Have two policies with them. Payments are auto-drafted quarterly. So far, a life insurance policy was not used:-) One policy will expire, so it is time to cancel that policy. Very easy to cancel. No sales pressure to renew at a higher premium. Customer service is very professional and makes it easy to do business with Banner Life.
