USExcellent customer service from Sampreetha I was helped by Sampreetha when I had issues with a deposit, turns out I had made the deposit incorrectly and was trying to transfer out of my Juno account rather than into it, from Chase. Sampreetha was very responsive and respectful while explaining the problem, which was totally my fault. Overall, I'm really happy with Juno. I hope the company continues to be successful, and I will recommend that people use it as a crypto on-ramp in the future. Thanks!
