I love Juno! A real customer review! I love Juno. It's a crypto wallet and bank account on one! No need to go through expensive marketplaces to buy or sell crypto then transfer to your bank account. I use my juno account as my main account now. You can even fund it through cash app! Their customer service is phenomenal! Specifically their rep Juhi recently helped me with a merchant who rejected a charge(my own fault) but Juhi helped me through the situation like an Ace!

Please stay far away Please reconsider putting any money into an account with Juno. I tried logging in while I was abroad on travels and now my account is set to close without any explanation and I do not have access to my bank account or crypto, especially when I need it most. Just not worth it.

IS verification process I reach out to them in about an hour regarding my verification process, which I have attempted twice without success due to using a military ID. They promptly replied within minutes, addressed the issue, and resolved it. Feel free to always reach out to them via email they are very responsive.

Juno's customer service is great Juno's customer service is great. I did end up closing my account due to it being compromised and having my money stolen. There was no way to get the money back or give me assurance it couldn't happen again, so I had to close my account. However the customer service was responsive, even after having a closed account for several months, they have responded and made sure I had the documents needed to file my taxes this year.
