GBJuno's customer service is great Juno's customer service is great. I did end up closing my account due to it being compromised and having my money stolen. There was no way to get the money back or give me assurance it couldn't happen again, so I had to close my account. However the customer service was responsive, even after having a closed account for several months, they have responded and made sure I had the documents needed to file my taxes this year. Shout out to Snehil.

GBExcellent Customer Service in a day when that stands out I have had a broad spectrum of horrific experiences with email-only based support in recent months. Sometimes taking multiple weeks to still not get the answer you were looking for. My experience with Juno has been precisely the opposite. I have repeatedly been stunned by the quick turnaround and precision accuracy with which my questions have been responded to.

GBI'm pressing charges I'm pressing charges, I'm calling fraud on the fact that this is a scam to obtain your utility bill by someone who is trying to sell something or change your utility account to another provider. I've provided verification, not to mention that I set the account up myself. They are refusing to let me change the address it's just that the error message says that the address isn't recognized. The same error message popped up for 50 different addresses. This is obviously fraud before there's even any money deposited.

GBgreat Costumer Service great Costumer Service, very helpful and looks like there are real people behind . Also love the process of bring fiat money in and buying & withdrawing. Very special in this crazy financial world, working with them since a couple of weeks can only highly recommend them.
