GBExcellent Customer Service in a day when that stands out I have had a broad spectrum of horrific experiences with email-only based support in recent months. Sometimes taking multiple weeks to still not get the answer you were looking for. My experience with Juno has been precisely the opposite. I have repeatedly been stunned by the quick turnaround and precision accuracy with which my questions have been responded to.

GBIS verification process I reach out to them in about an hour regarding my verification process, which I have attempted twice without success due to using a military ID. They promptly replied within minutes, addressed the issue, and resolved it. Feel free to always reach out to them via email they are very responsive.

GBPointless Platform for Crypto Commerce Extremely inflexible - I can't barely do anything on the site. Comparing it to a handful of established crypto platforms like Binance e.g., where there is a wide range of options and flexibility, not Juno. The company has not built a consistent reputation that encourages serious customers to use its platform. How about customer service... Their agents are not trained and not familiar (enough) with the platform. Because of this they ill advise clients and provide misleading or wrong information. Juno is inconsistent with their policies, they enforce them with some members, but not others. I have a lot of friends using it and we compare our notes - Juno is inconsistent and not a trustworthy option. I wouldn't hold my fiat or crypto on this platform. Be warned.

GBExcellent customer service from Sampreetha I was helped by Sampreetha when I had issues with a deposit, turns out I had made the deposit incorrectly and was trying to transfer out of my Juno account rather than into it, from Chase. Sampreetha was very responsive and respectful while explaining the problem, which was totally my fault. Overall, I'm really happy with Juno. I hope the company continues to be successful, and I will recommend that people use it as a crypto on-ramp in the future. Thanks!
