GBJuno's customer service is great Juno's customer service is great. I did end up closing my account due to it being compromised and having my money stolen. There was no way to get the money back or give me assurance it couldn't happen again, so I had to close my account. However the customer service was responsive, even after having a closed account for several months, they have responded and made sure I had the documents needed to file my taxes this year. Shout out to Snehil.

GBExcellent Customer Service in a day when that stands out I have had a broad spectrum of horrific experiences with email-only based support in recent months. Sometimes taking multiple weeks to still not get the answer you were looking for. My experience with Juno has been precisely the opposite. I have repeatedly been stunned by the quick turnaround and precision accuracy with which my questions have been responded to.

GBI love Juno! A real customer review! I love Juno. It's a crypto wallet and bank account on one! No need to go through expensive marketplaces to buy or sell crypto then transfer to your bank account. I use my juno account as my main account now. You can even fund it through cash app! Their customer service is phenomenal! Specifically their rep Juhi recently helped me with a merchant who rejected a charge(my own fault) but Juhi helped me through the situation like an Ace!

GBIS verification process I reach out to them in about an hour regarding my verification process, which I have attempted twice without success due to using a military ID.
