Customer support is very good Customer support is very good. Jacobo was very supportive and helpful with my problems. Also, Some of my crypto got blocked because it dont support polygon network yet. I hope it get started soon so that i can use zengo more often.

Good customer service but do not use ramp as they recommend and list as an option for crypto conversion I withdrew 0.0969 eth from another site into their wallet. And from there they had multiple ways to sell your coins to get real valuta. I chose ramp which was indeed a terrible idea. They spend 6 days from the initial transfer to state that the transaction was failure. Within these 6 days I wrote to their customer service multiple times but none response from ramp. Tho I did get help from Zengo as customer service which works great as the only thing in this site After the failed transaction I was told that I did have to wait 10 business days for a refund so basically 12 days because of weekends And then I was told that I have to use another service when I get that refund and that this service will take 3 more business days to work All this and I will probably end by losing 0.0209 equal to around 65 usd which no one will do anything to make up for Ramp and Zengo In it self are taking almost 50 usd in fees just to get the transaction done which eventually failed and i now have to pay more fees. This review is on Zengo because they recommend ramp which is a scam site. The only good thing to say about Zengo is their support which was very responefull and helpful other than that complete scam Update! it seems as though I will get my full 0.0936 eth from ramp but it still takes upwards of 10 business days In conclusion I must give probs to Zengo for their customer support but to be fair I don’t think it’s outright their fault but they none the less have ramp in their recommended section of places to convert crypto which i am not a huge fan of. Because of that I can’t give more than 3 stars even tho Zengo customer service is top notch

I had some mixed experiences with… I had some mixed experiences with purchasing Bitcoin through their system, BANXA and moonpay which eventually failed. I contacted ZenGo help who advised to use another platform, “Ramp” which works smoothly once set up. So I’m impressed with ZenGo and apart from the initial glitches in purchasing, would have given them 5 star.

I love Zengo I love Zengo. So far I have had no issues with them. Customer support is very fast and helpful if you have any issues, questions or concerns. The wallet is very simple to use and straight forward. The fees are also some of the best I’ve found. I’ll never use another wallet! Thanks ZenGo!
