The service is very much easy to do although there bugs here and there - the team in assistance and technical assistance are ready to help and solve any issues. Totally recommended!!! 5/5

GBAs a newbie to Bitcoin As a newbie to Bitcoin, ZenGo have been very patient, timely & Professional to my many questions over the last year,(which they have probably answered 1000s of times to others like me!). My latest query included several screenshots sent Saturday 8.30pm UK time. As always, I got a full professional, polite reply within 10 minutes from Jacobo,(not the 1st time he has been mentioned here). ZenGo is constantly evolving, to make it easier to trade, Swop or sell purchased coins with credits going direct into your bank account. As shown recently in the news, Bitcoin trading is Volatile, (as it would seem so are the companies that operate within the Bitcoin Space). Do your research - you will find ZenGo is solid.

GBNUMBER 1 CRYPTO APP ZenGo is Amazing ....truly. I haven't experienced a Crypto Service that has so many options and such detailed easy layout. ZenGo offers so much. If you have any questions in needing help ZenGo has incredible support service. They go the extra mile to help you. They don't treat you bad for anything you may not understand....in fact they teach you. I can see why they were rated number 1 up against All Bitcoin and Crypto Apps. Look them up ...you will see. BEFinal review - avoid no way to export/import Zengo wallet to another app/wallet (private key or seed phrase). The only way to regain full access to your cryptos is to transfer them elsewhere: fees, lost approvals, lost contracts... too expensive! if you have a problem with a dapp for example you are blocked, it works with zengo or... rekt! the helpdesk, they dodge/deny the problems. this is absurd, they spam the same posts/links in endless tickets. I had to ask if it was bot. a lot of time and money lost. a v o i d @zengo reply again a dodge/deny... blah blah... security... Mpc... but no way out legit claim

GBLost access to my account I hadn’t used Zengo for a while and I wondered what had happened to the small amount of money I had in my account. Unable to login, I spoke with customer service who were great at responding & asked me to look for a ‘do not delete Zengo’ folder in my iCloud. Well, I located the folder but it’s empty and I can assure you I have never touched it. So my account it gone - and with it some residual amount. Thank god it wasn’t more money. I won’t be using again as I find this so unbelievably suspect. *Of course I am not suggesting Zengo have access to my icloud - I just question whether the rescue file was ever created in the first place...
