INCustomer support is very good Customer support is very good. Jacobo was very supportive and helpful with my problems. Also, Some of my crypto got blocked because it dont support polygon network yet. I hope it get started soon so that i can use zengo more often.

GBI love Zengo I love Zengo. So far I have had no issues with them. Customer support is very fast and helpful if you have any issues, questions or concerns. The wallet is very simple to use and straight forward. The fees are also some of the best I’ve found. I’ll never use another wallet! Thanks ZenGo!

GBLost access to my account I hadn’t used Zengo for a while and I wondered what had happened to the small amount of money I had in my account. Unable to login, I spoke with customer service who were great at responding & asked me to look for a ‘do not delete Zengo’ folder in my iCloud. Well, I located the folder but it’s empty and I can assure you I have never touched it. So my account it gone - and with it some residual amount. Thank god it wasn’t more money. I won’t be using again as I find this so unbelievably suspect. *Of course I am not suggesting Zengo have access to my icloud - I just question whether the rescue file was ever created in the first place...
