GBGreat service, above and beyond :) Wow these guys are awesome, they respond quickly to enquires and they helped me when i made an error in a transaction to coinbase losing me £500. Coinbase were SHOCKING and i was on live chat over 3 hours and got no where. Zengo went out their way to get answers on how i could retrieve my money from coinbase. They went above and beyond. Thank you Zengo for all your help, wish me luck with coinbase who are useless.

INCustomer support is very good Customer support is very good. Jacobo was very supportive and helpful with my problems. Also, Some of my crypto got blocked because it dont support polygon network yet. I hope it get started soon so that i can use zengo more often.

NLCrypto gone I recently made a transfer from another wallet to my ZenGo wallet but I made a mistake. I sent BNB smart chain to my Ethereum address. ZenGo doesn't support BNB smart chain so although the transfer was successfull it never arrived in my ZenGo wallet. With BscScan I can see the BNB is there. ZenGo support says the money is gone and maybe when they support the coin in the future it,s accessible for me. But if that ever happens is not sure.

GBThey have great prompt customer server… They have great prompt customer server with a genuine, clean tidy application “crypto / NFT” wallet. I really like the app over all of the others options I’ve tried, it offer everything you need, from getting currency to selling it as well as trading NFT. It’s just a good all rounder and tbh one I will be supporting for a long time to come. 😊
