I'm new to the Portis wallet and though I'd lost my unsupported ERC coins to the deep bowels of the interwebs. Customer service contacted me promptly and reminded me I could just import my Portis wallet into Metamask until they're supported. What a lifesaver! I was able to add their contact address, ship them off, and have since earned profit. Thanks!

Web3 noob, made a rookie mistake and sent tokens to SS that they don't support, partly because of confusion over the Gnosis/XDAI rebranding, partly because I didn't realize a GNO address did not mean they support XDAI... but SSjules was super patient and helpful and was able to walk me through creating a recovery wallet. I got my hard earned bounty coins back and my birthday plan is saved! I would suggest eliminating the discord verification gate for support, but applaud the great response and guidance that helped me past it.
