Finally they've found a solution and I could track my purchases. The transactions with Banxa are bit scary, slow and expensive if you compare the price of the coins in the market in the moment of the purchase + commission. In summary, I'm happy with Portis and Shapshift, regarding Banxa, I would pick a different choice if I could.

Few months ago I received FOX tokens as an airdrop, but they dissapeared. My friend had this same situation. Now I checked ETH address of my registered FOX wallet, but it's not eligible for airdrop!
