Web3 noob, made a rookie mistake and sent tokens to SS that they don't support, partly because of confusion over the Gnosis/XDAI rebranding, partly because I didn't realize a GNO address did not mean they support XDAI... but SSjules was super patient and helpful and was able to walk me through creating a recovery wallet. I got my hard earned bounty coins back and my birthday plan is saved! I would suggest eliminating the discord verification gate for support, but applaud the great response and guidance that helped me past it.

ShapeShift does a great job at providing educational material and is always there if you still need to seek additional help. 2FA reset process went smoothly 2FA reset process went smoothly. No frustrating tasks and questions asked like with other crypto related exchanges. I needed to reset 2FA on many crypto platforms and services lately because I have no longer access to my phone with authenticator. Resetting it on Shapeshift went with the speed of light comparing to others. Thank you

Keepkey device issue, support shoddy! Brand new Keepkey device having major issues, no response in over a week. Clicking on the 'get help' button redirects to a broken link. Keepkey arrives with absolutely no updates and is not useable until the device has been updates. Device has no instruction on arrival, it's a bunch of guessing. Going to website for information has no support for linux, you need to dig for how to update the device.

Unbelievably Bad I can't believe how bad the app/website are. It's an unbelievably bad experience. The app constantly freezes and crashes (when you can actually open it), and the website is a jumbled mess or input widgets that switch focus and displays that randomly update while forgetting crucial values. What a mess.
