During the time I have ran into minor and major problems mostly your online system but with also my debit card being used illegally. At times I considered to transfer to another financial company. However, I discovered that you and I, are lucky to have a person consider right in the Owosso Dort to share a problem with customers such as I. The Customer Service lady, Vanessa, has always been outstanding help. Always very friendly and welcoming regardless how her own concerns are. I wanted to consolidate a few credit… I wanted to consolidate a few credit cards so I reached out to Lee Rhoads. He made the process extremely simple and quick. Whenever I need anything I always contact Lee. He's the most helpful and competent loan officer I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

I have had an account with Dort Federal… I have had an account with Dort Federal for over 30 years, tellers and employees have always been friendly and helpful. Until the new drive through teller system started. I have sat and waited for service, even to be greeted, for over 20 minutes on much more than one occasion. With 2 tellers lines open there were 2 cars at each “teller” waiting. It’s becoming very frustrating. I miss the personal experience of having someone physically at the bank. My wife’s credit union and my daughter’s bank both offer this more personal service.

Thanks to the Pierson Road Branch employees I worked with Megan to update some accounts. She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Also took care of other account transactions with a teller and she was also very friendly and efficient. Eryn greeted me with a smile as I approached the member services desk and was very cordial when interacting with me and all of the many other customers that came her way. I really like working with and doing business in person at the Pierson Road location. I can't say enough good things about the tellers with whom I have been banking for several years including Sharon and Geena. Super, super, super!!! Thank you!

Smart, friendly service every time. My daughter and get smart, prompt care from Micayla Slezak, at the Swartz Creek Branch. She always has an answer for us when we have a problem. Everyone there is courteous and cheerful, even in this dreadful time. We feel secure being able to count on Micayla and all the staff.
