GBThanks to the Pierson Road Branch employees I worked with Megan to update some accounts. She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Also took care of other account transactions with a teller and she was also very friendly and efficient. Eryn greeted me with a smile as I approached the member services desk and was very cordial when interacting with me and all of the many other customers that came her way. I really like working with and doing business in person at the Pierson Road location. I can't say enough good things about the tellers with whom I have been banking for several years including Sharon and Geena. Super, super, super!!! Thank you!

GBI have had an account with Dort Federal… I have had an account with Dort Federal for over 30 years, tellers and employees have always been friendly and helpful. Until the new drive through teller system started. I have sat and waited for service, even to be greeted, for over 20 minutes on much more than one occasion. With 2 tellers lines open there were 2 cars at each “teller” waiting. It’s becoming very frustrating. I miss the personal experience of having someone physically at the bank. My wife’s credit union and my daughter’s bank both offer this more personal service.

GBI would NOT recommemd this financial institution to anyone... I would NOT recommemd this bank to ANYONE. closed my account after not even being open a week. Must be there 6 months to make mobile deposits, 90 days before you can make check or cash deposits by atm, you have to deposit in person, atm usage fees even with their own atm, not linked with any other credit union, opt out of od protection, still get charged an overdraft fee even if its declined, refused to open a business account, with proof of business, unless i spent more money to file for a county proof of business certificate. What a load of crock. A total joke....then they charge you 5.00 to close an account.....

GBPoor Attitude @ Davison Branch I recently opened an account here. I needed to add my wife to the account and my personal banker at the Pierson Road location said to just go into anyone of the Dort Financial locations - no appointment needed. Well, that wasn't the case at the Davison Branch. My wife went in there today to add her and we were told that no bankers were available and we had to set an appointment. Ed, the representative booked the appointment 2 days out and acted smug and like we were bothering him. Also,, when we asked about online banking, he acted like we were bothering him again.. Even members sitting in the waiting areas even "raised their eye brows" Wow - Dort Financial - you're off to a bad start already. What a bad experience. Ed needs some "extra training" or a talking to by his supervisor. He has a POOR attitude. We felt very disappointed and we left.
