I was in a situation regarding the… I was in a situation regarding the foreclosure on my home. I called and was immediately given an appointment the following day. My issue was cleared and taken care of in the matter of less than 20 minutes. The representative that I spoke and met with was kind courteous, friendly, and very helpful to me explaining everything where I clearly understood. I would recommend this financial institution to all people that I know, even to those that I don't know.

She was very professional and she answered all my questions while being kind, understanding, and caring. Mary turned my unpleasant visit into a productive visit and I felt good about that.

Thanks to the Pierson Road Branch employees I worked with Megan to update some accounts. She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Also took care of other account transactions with a teller and she was also very friendly and efficient. Eryn greeted me with a smile as I approached the member services desk and was very cordial when interacting with me and all of the many other customers that came her way. I really like working with and doing business in person at the Pierson Road location. I can't say enough good things about the tellers with whom I have been banking for several years including Sharon and Geena. Super, super, super!!! Thank you!

I would NOT recommemd this financial institution to anyone... I would NOT recommemd this bank to ANYONE. closed my account after not even being open a week. Must be there 6 months to make mobile deposits, 90 days before you can make check or cash deposits by atm, you have to deposit in person, atm usage fees even with their own atm, not linked with any other credit union, opt out of od protection, still get charged an overdraft fee even if its declined, refused to open a business account, with proof of business, unless i spent more money to file for a county proof of business certificate. What a load of crock. A total joke....then they charge you 5.00 to close an account.....

Shoronda is the best atm teller in the world! We just drove thru Davisons drive thru. We had Shoronda as our teller. This is like the 5th experience that we have had over the past year. You could not pay that lady enough for the customer experience she always gives. Friendly, joyous contagious happiness. We love her and I hope she gets to at least get the verbal attaboy that she so richly deserves. Dort is incredibly blessed to have employees like her.
