I love Dort Federal I love Dort Federal! Have had my account there for several years now and always receive excellent customer service! This last visit I seen Tasha from the Pierson Rd location and she helped me get a credit card to help build my credit. She is absolutely amazing and will be my go to from now on, but everyone is great!!

I wanted to consolidate a few credit… I wanted to consolidate a few credit cards so I reached out to Lee Rhoads. He made the process extremely simple and quick. Whenever I need anything I always contact Lee. He's the most helpful and competent loan officer I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

I would NOT recommemd this financial institution to anyone... I would NOT recommemd this bank to ANYONE. closed my account after not even being open a week. Must be there 6 months to make mobile deposits, 90 days before you can make check or cash deposits by atm, you have to deposit in person, atm usage fees even with their own atm, not linked with any other credit union, opt out of od protection, still get charged an overdraft fee even if its declined, refused to open a business account, with proof of business, unless i spent more money to file for a county proof of business certificate. What a load of crock. A total joke....then they charge you 5.00 to close an account.....

Don't expect to get your money! I do not recommend doing business with Dort Financial. As a growing business, we opened accounts with them. They have done nothing but make growing our business hard. They continue to hold funds on checks because their tellers want to. They do not have a rhyme or reason as to what requires a hold. They told me today if they don't like the way you look, they will hold your check. No matter how long the account is open or what kind of business you have with them. Escalation is almost non-existent with this credit union. I recommend Elga over them any day.
