He spent an hour on a Zoom call with me listening and asking questions to be sure I had a good claim. It was a very informative. Tony was extremely helpful. He explained the next steps and sent me a checklist of all documents required. My claim was then transferred to an Account Rep. who contacted and sent me their findings and report prior to submitting it to the IRS. I found the process entire process to straightforward and relatively easy. So far, so good. Now, I wait.

It took several contacts before I was finally given an account manager, who didn't move things ahead. I was then assigned a new account manager. This guy had it wrapped up in less than a week. Took about three months to get it handled. I am happy with the results. Now just waiting on the IRS.
