Brian Spiegel was a great person to work with, he is very knowledgeable about what was required to complete ERC application, his responses were always very timely and Brian was always on top of this project. Hard at first, but they redeemed themselves. It took longer than expected to get our tax return checks, but a lot of that is waiting on the IRS red tape. Also, Stenson has a lot of clients, so they are not always great at getting back to you. I fell through the cracks several times with multiple reps. That is partially why the process took a very long time. However, Robert Mayes was the best rep to work with! He got back to me in a timely manner, and he did NOT stop following up with both me and the IRS until we received our checks. Robert is the man.
