Had a cold call claiming my company… Had a cold call claiming my company qualifies for ERC due to Limited Commerce. I played along and said well my revenue actually increased - not a problem, well I probably incurred $10k in costs - not a problem, we can get you qualified for around $250k, well 4 CPAs have already told me I don't qualify - not a problem, they are all not smart enough to read the Limited Commerce half of the act. I finally said "so basically if the government is giving money away, I must as well take it" to which the person responded, "yes, absolutely". Many businesses were dramatically harmed during COVID - mine fortunately was not one of them. The IRS needs to look into all these folks.

Organized and trustworthy I have been receiving so many emails for various agencies re: ERTC and just seemed too scammy and spammy, so I ignored them all. Stenson Tamaddon was recommended by a colleague and I am glad he told me about them and what he said about their services is spot on. Quick. Easy. Painless!

Hard at first, but they redeemed themselves. It took longer than expected to get our tax return checks, but a lot of that is waiting on the IRS red tape. Also, Stenson has a lot of clients, so they are not always great at getting back to you. I fell through the cracks several times with multiple reps. That is partially why the process took a very long time. However, Robert Mayes was the best rep to work with! He got back to me in a timely manner, and he did NOT stop following up with both me and the IRS until we received our checks. Robert is the man.

Communication is near non-existent Communication is near non-existent. I have to raise a fuss to get anyone to respond to me after repeated requests. I kept telling my specialist Crystal repeatedly that there were quarters missing. She would not respond. I got a hold of the supervisor who was helpful, Vanessa. Now I am having difficulty getting her to respond. I have sent the form 8821 multiple times and it is still not on file. The quarters were filed 3 weeks apart becauseof errors on their part and no communication. It has been an awful experience.
