GBHard at first, but they redeemed themselves. It took longer than expected to get our tax return checks, but a lot of that is waiting on the IRS red tape. Also, Stenson has a lot of clients, so they are not always great at getting back to you. I fell through the cracks several times with multiple reps. That is partially why the process took a very long time. However, Robert Mayes was the best rep to work with! He got back to me in a timely manner, and he did NOT stop following up with both me and the IRS until we received our checks. Robert is the man.

GBI would not have known about the ERC… I would not have known about the ERC program had it not been for Steve Rosenquist. The entire team was very responsive in helping us through obtaining our rightful credits. Thank you all for your professionalism, but especially Steve.

GBNon-Responsive Stentam reached out to me to file ERC for 6 quarters. I told them I already filed for 4; they asked could they file for the remaining 2. I told them yes and then worked with a rep to get paperwork in and filed. Since this has happened she has gone. I received an invoice signifying that they had indeed filed for 6 quarters and not the 2 we worked on and they invoiced me for 20% of that total. I have tried to contact them about this error and NO ONE has emailed, called me back or responded to my emails or concerns. This invoice is still pending and I plan on calling the IRS bc I do not want to owe them any money.

GBVery professional, spot on and timely! I was approached intelligently and with respect. The meetings before engaging ST were informative and helpful without high pressure sales. The processing of our claim was timely and spot on with no push back from the respondent. Settlement of our claim was right in line with the time expectations from our meeting and interaction. GBOut $3000 and no answers still after 4 months. So far we have nothing but less than $3000 in our bank account as we have been given the run around and are being forced to provide documents that were never requested prior and would not have been an issue however, this process took so long that now they are required and we no longer have access to them. The answer was we cannot help you and cannot refund you. We were also told to ask the IRS - however, our CPA informed me that the IRS only holds those records for 3 years and it's been 4. This process has been NOTHING short of frustrating and disasterous.
