You were easy to work with and made the process simple. You honored the quote you gave us even though it took us a few months to decide to proceed and your fees had gone up. You kept us informed of the status of our filing through email as well as virtual meetings/webinars to provide updates. Your services were first rate over the lengthy process for securing our credits. We are glad we partnered with you and took advantage of filing for these credits.

Hard at first, but they redeemed themselves. It took longer than expected to get our tax return checks, but a lot of that is waiting on the IRS red tape. Also, Stenson has a lot of clients, so they are not always great at getting back to you. I fell through the cracks several times with multiple reps. That is partially why the process took a very long time. However, Robert Mayes was the best rep to work with! He got back to me in a timely manner, and he did NOT stop following up with both me and the IRS until we received our checks. Robert is the man.

Everything was a great experience It was a great experience, except I, was told I would have the funds within six months, and that did not happen. When people ask how; long will the process take to get your funds, please be honest and say it can take six months or longer. I appreciate that I have had someone call me every month and let me know my status with the IRS.

Communication is near non-existent Communication is near non-existent. I have to raise a fuss to get anyone to respond to me after repeated requests. I kept telling my specialist Crystal repeatedly that there were quarters missing. She would not respond. I got a hold of the supervisor who was helpful, Vanessa. Now I am having difficulty getting her to respond. I have sent the form 8821 multiple times and it is still not on file. The quarters were filed 3 weeks apart becauseof errors on their part and no communication. It has been an awful experience.
