SCAMMERS SCAMMERS! pre ordered 5 Nebra hotspots in March 2021. In October still no miners so requested a refund. It's now Feb 2022 and I haven't recieved anything but excuses and a lack of communication. A joke of a business, I hope they crash and burn they will never recieve another cent from myself and anyone I know.

Exceptional service and great customer support. The service Parley Labs provided was exceptional and customer service was top notch. We had an issue with the EG25 modem module due to different revision. I inquired which rev they are stocking. They ended up sending us both revisions they have in stock to test out. We found the one that works and ship back the rev that did not work. Parley Labs even sent us a shipping label for free returning.

I also ordered a Nebra miner back in… I also ordered a Nebra miner back in April 2021. Parley kept me informed throughout this past year on their ensuing shipping & logistic issues - which I appreciated at the least. Without those emails I probably would have been 10x more aggravated but I try to avoid taking my wrath out on innocent customer service workers. My customer service call with Alex was smooth & I appreciated his attitude. Seemed like he cared about his job… which we all know isn’t always the case with certain companies & their service department staff. Thanks for the upcoming refund Parley, no harm no foul.

Great customer service, fast response After taking a look at the website, Thuong from Parley reached out and provided me with lots of 1-on-1 support and advice for my deployments. He's been instrumental to my successful setup. He's also been a great support even after my purchase, providing me with updated and further advice. The hardware that came from Parley are top notch, and I have yet to find a better deal than their bundles. Arrived super quick in 2 days shipping to Northern California.
