Gabriel was AWESOME in answering my questions and getting me squared away with a replacement miner for the Nebra that was never manufactured and provided for me from April 2021. Past Issues Resolved! I had ordered multiple Nebra miners in 2021 and due to fulfilment issues, I was unable to receive them. I set up an appointment to help resolve this matter and Hung T. was extremely helpful. He managed to explain everything and offer a solution in a very timely manner. Great service, thanks, Hung! Alex was the name of the rep that… Alex was the name of the rep that helped me out with my miner swap. Gave me his phone number and has been very professional, has responded within minutes the couple times I’ve texted him about my order. I had noticed it hadn’t shipped yet, reached out to Alex and within one hour a label was made and I had gotten an email saying it would be shipped soon. Great employee, should give him a raise, he gets stuff done.

I ordered a miner a few months ago and… I ordered a miner a few months ago and had also been frustrated with the backorders and delays. Thankfully the Parley Labs team have been communicative and helpful in getting my refunds proccessed and replacements. I talked to Hung Tran, specifically, who has been awesome in handling this case. I would definitely buy from Parley Labs again, after this experience.

One year in. No refund or product. It started as a case of unfortunate circumstance for Parley labs and slowly transitioned straight through embarrassing incompact to fraudulent behavior. I purchased a miner on April 7th. After many deadline shifts (that may be due to Nebra) I finally gave up and filled for a refund on Dec 11th. Website states refunds takes 30 days for transactions over 90 days. Well 3 unreturned emails and 60 days later, still no refund. I filled for refund before they started the "blanket refund process". Even if Parley labs isn't some ponzi scam, it may be the worst run company I've ever interacted with.
