Parley Labs is a great place to get IoT sensor - IN STOCK!! I've been using Parley Labs to purchase IOT sensors as I expand my testing/learning of IOT. They have a nice "official" feel, but also have a very personal side as I have asked them to do some small things for me. I plan to continue purchasing from them.

$1000 Preorder from 4/7/2021 and NO MINERS NO REFUND AS OF TODAY 2/5/2022 Preordered 2 miners and spent about $1000 in April 2021. Parley Labs wrote to every customer, in Nebra preorder batches 4/5, stating Parley Labs is cancelling all orders and will issue a refund. That email was from December of 2021. It is February of 2022. No miners, no refunds, I was told I would receive an e-check and never received it. Parley Labs is now not responding to any communications.

I also ordered a Nebra miner back in… I also ordered a Nebra miner back in April 2021. Parley kept me informed throughout this past year on their ensuing shipping & logistic issues - which I appreciated at the least. Without those emails I probably would have been 10x more aggravated but I try to avoid taking my wrath out on innocent customer service workers. My customer service call with Alex was smooth & I appreciated his attitude. Seemed like he cared about his job… which we all know isn’t always the case with certain companies & their service department staff. Thanks for the upcoming refund Parley, no harm no foul.

It was a pleasure talking to Gabriel I ordered a Nebra miner back in April 2021, and the company was pretty good at keeping me updated. But, it felt a little like the Butterfly Labs days (one of the first ASIC Bitcoin miners) with lots of promises and updates but no equipment. I patiently waited for them to contact me about my order, but I thought I may have missed the email, so I reached out to support and reserved an online meeting with Gabriel. He was friendly, offered advice, and helped me upgrade my order to a new miner already on the way.

Gabriel was AWESOME, ready to mine and join! Gabriel was AWESOME in answering my questions and getting me squared away with a replacement miner for the Nebra that was never manufactured and provided for me from April 2021. Got a SenseCap M1 at a great price, and also did it with zero headache. Thank you, Parley for making it right and doing the best you could in this situation for customers.
